Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clipstrike. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
Clipstrike is provided by Adriano Rocha Dev LTDA, CNPJ 55.999.240/0001-33. Contact us at contato@clipstrike.app.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace activity, billing choices, and all content submitted through your account.
Your Content and Permissions
You are responsible for YouTube URLs, uploads, logos, images, audio, video, text, instructions, prompts, brand assets, and other materials you submit. You represent that you own or have all permissions needed to submit, process, edit, generate, export, publish, and share that content through Clipstrike.
License to Operate the Service
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Clipstrike a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, transcode, analyze, generate, render, display, transmit, and create derivative outputs from your content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, troubleshoot, support, and provide Clipstrike.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Clipstrike to:
- violate law, platform rules, intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or consumer rights;
- submit content you do not have permission to use;
- create deceptive, abusive, harmful, exploitative, infringing, or illegal material;
- reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, bypass, or interfere with the service;
- evade limits, credits, subscriptions, security, or access controls.
AI and Video Output
Clipstrike uses AI and automated processing. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. Clipstrike does not guarantee virality, reach, revenue, platform acceptance, copyright clearance, or fitness for a specific campaign.
Third-Party Services
Clipstrike depends on third-party services including YouTube, Clerk, Stripe, PostHog, Axiom, OpenAI, Groq, Vercel AI Gateway, AWS, and Remotion-related infrastructure. Their terms and policies may apply. You are responsible for complying with YouTube and other platform rules when submitting URLs, downloading, editing, publishing, or monetizing content.
Subscriptions, Credits, Cancellations, and Refunds
Paid plans, usage credits, taxes, renewals, and payment methods are managed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credits may be subject to plan limits, expiration, abuse controls, and technical processing constraints shown in the product or checkout.
You can cancel through Stripe or support channels. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable and credits have no cash value. We review refund requests case by case. Mandatory consumer rights, including Brazil's seven-day withdrawal right for qualifying online consumer purchases, are preserved.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, throttle usage, or refuse processing if we believe there is abuse, legal risk, payment failure, security risk, rights infringement, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using Clipstrike at any time.
Clipstrike Intellectual Property
Clipstrike, including its software, workflows, designs, models, interfaces, marks, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any Clipstrike intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clipstrike is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These limits do not override non-waivable consumer, privacy, or statutory rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clipstrike and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for third-party platform actions, content disputes, copyright claims, lost data, or business interruption. Any liability cap or limitation applies only where permitted and does not limit non-waivable rights or remedies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and platform rights available to users in Brazil, the United States, Europe, or other jurisdictions remain preserved where they cannot be waived by contract.
